根据《普通高等学校学生管理规定》（教育部第41号令）第三十条、第五十六条以及《中国科学技术大学研究生学籍管理实施细则》（校研字〔2023〕76号）第三十五条、第三十六条、第三十七条的规定，经校长工作会议研究，决定对以下研究生作退学处理。

Announcement on the Decision of Withdrawal
According to Article 30 and Article 56 of the Regulations on Student Administration in Higher Education Institutions(Decree No.41 of the Ministry of Education), as well as Article 35, Article 36 and Article 37 of the Implementation Rules for the Management of Graduate Student Status of the University of Science and Technology of China (University Document [2023] No. 76), following the deliberation by the President's Administrative Meeting, the university decides to withdraw the following students’ academic status.

The Withdrawal Decision Letter could not be delivered in person or by post due to the difficulty of contacting the above students, and is hereby announced on the school website according to Decree No.41 of the Ministry of Education. The decision shall be deemed to have been delivered to the above students within 10 days from the date of issuance of this announcement. If the above students have any objection to the withdrawal decision, he/she may submit a written appeal to the Student Appeals Committee of the university within 10 days from the date of delivery.
