报告摘要

The talk will provide a development of nanomedicine for cancer targeting and therapy based on nanoconjugation technique, allow successful formulations of sub-100 nm sized, mono-modal nanoconjugates with definable drug loading, quantitative drug loading efficiency and controlled release profiles. In addition, some current and future challenges in the broad field of nanostructured biomaterials research will be addressed.

Assistant Prof. Jianjun Cheng

报告人简介：
Jianjun Cheng 是美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳 - 香槟分校材料科学与工程系、生物工程系助理教授。 1993 获得中国南开大学有机化学学士学位； 1996 年获得南伊利诺伊大学有机化学专业硕士学位； 2001 年获得美国加州大学圣芭芭拉分校材料科学博士学位； 2004-2005 ：麻省理工学院化学工程系博士后； 2005- 今：美国 伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳 - 香槟分校材料科学与工程系 助理教授，兼职生物工程系助理教授。目前进行的研究有：聚合物及生物纳米材料的合成等，主要是药物的输送，其课题组研究涉及到多学科领域，包括化学、材料科学、纳米技术、生物工程和医药科学。近年来在 J. Am. Chem. Soc. 和 Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 等有影响力的期刊上发表文章 30 余篇； 10 余项专利等。
